About Us

The Next Chapter

The next chapter for women in midlife is about embracing personal growth, redefining priorities, and creating fulfilling lives aligned with their true selves. It's a time to embrace new possibilities, make conscious choices, and continue to evolve and thrive.

The Next Chapter was founded by Shireen Motara in 2023, inspired by her own 'next chapter' experience of moving to a small coastal town to focus on her wellbeing, and to bring more tailored offerings to our women clients. The Next Chapter supports women as they transition to the next season in their life or career, in keeping with our motto "we exist to make women's lives better", and Shireen's ongoing drive to build community spaces that will enrich women's lives as they work through:

  1. Self-Reflection and Self-Care
  2. Career Transitions and Reinvention
  3. Nurturing Relationships and Support Systems
  4. Embracing New Roles and Identities
  5. Redefining Beauty and Aging
  6. Financial Planning and Independence
  7. Lifelong Learning and Skill Development
  8. Health and Well-being
  9. Embracing Change and Resilience
  10. Sharing Wisdom and Mentoring

The Next Chapter offers coaching, mentoring, training, retreats and the wellbeing resources women need to feel held during life changing transitions. We focus on self-awareness; self-leadership; and wellbeing as the foundation for impactful leadership. We also support teams to strengthen cohesion, communication and collective care.

The Next Chapter Studio incorporates four established online brands in the custom gifting; device coverings and home decor areas. They include Tilevera, Hey Casey, Silly George and Socks and Jox.
