About Us

The Next Chapter was founded by Shireen Motara in 2023. Inspiration for The Next Chapter comes from our primary focus on supporting women to transition to their next life or career journey. It was also inspired by Shireen's next chapter of moving to a small coastal town to focus on her wellbeing and to bring more tailored offerings to our women clients.

Ultimately, The Next Chapter is a platform and community that supports women to transition to their next chapter feeling supported. We offer coaching, mentoring, training, retreats and the wellbeing resources women need to feel held during these life changing transitions. We focus on self-awareness; self-leadership; and wellbeing as the foundation for impactful leadership. We also support teams to strengthen cohesion, communication and collective care.

The Next Chapter Studio incorporates four established online brands in the custom gifting; device coverings and home decor areas. They include Tilevera, Hey Casey, Silly George and Socks and Jox.

"I exist to make women's lives better."

The Next Chapter is led by Shireen Motara, African Feminist and Certified Coach that specialises in supporting women leaders and women led teams to build a better world. She is also the Founder CEO of Tara Transform, a coaching and consulting practice that supports leadership development, strategy and resource mobilisation in the social impact sector globally.

Shireen  is intentional about building community for women to support access to economic opportunities, wellbeing,  networking and collaboration.
