Shipping policy

Usually we require 2-3 working days to process and print orders (custom orders can take longer). During the Festive Season and our annual Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale we experience high volumes and processing can ten working days, or in extreme cases, longer. Although this does not happen often, we always do everything we can to dispatch orders as soon as possible, and we promise that it will be worth the wait!

Please note that processing time excludes the delivery time. 

National Delivery - Door to Door Courier

Within South Africa, your order will be delivered to your doorstep via Courier if you select our Standard Delivery option. We use either RAM,  or The Courier Guy. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You will be able to track your parcel on our website using the URL in the email you received. Depending on how busy the courier is and where in South Africa you are situated your order will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days. For outlaying areas an additional day could be added.

For orders of R800 and more, delivery is FREE of charge. We charge for locker to door (R100) or locker to locker (R89)

 Please note that our couriers do not deliver to Townships

International Shipping — Botswana

We ship to Botswana via PostNet Global Express (Zone 1 – Sub-Saharan Africa). Delivery takes 6–10 business days from dispatch, excluding public holidays and customs/border delays.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis — any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by Botswana customs (BURS) are the responsibility of the receiver and will be billed directly by customs prior to delivery.

Please ensure you are able to receive and pay any applicable customs charges before placing your order.
