SALES TERMS
All discounted sales are final — no returns, refunds, changes or exchanges. Vouchers and coupon codes are not eligible during a sale or on already discounted products.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All custom and personalised products are made to order. In the event that a submitted image is not suitable for high-quality printing, we reserve the right to print the original image as submitted and dispatch the order. No exchanges, refunds or returns will be granted for inferior print quality resulting from an unsuitable image supplied by the customer.
PROCESSING TIME
Custom orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding shipping). During peak seasons — including Valentine's Day, Women's Month, Black Friday, and the Festive Season — processing times may be slightly extended due to high volumes. We will always communicate any delays with you directly.
Every order is printed and handled with love and care. We promise it is worth the wait!
DELIVERY
Standard door-to-door delivery is R75 per order, nationwide. Free delivery on all orders over R450.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
TOTAL TURNAROUND TIME
From order to delivery, allow approximately 3–7 business days under normal conditions.
