SALES TERMS All discounted sales are final — no returns, refunds, changes or exchanges. Vouchers and coupon codes are not eligible during a sale or on already discounted products.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS All custom and personalised products are made to order. In the event that a submitted image is not suitable for high-quality printing, we reserve the right to print the original image as submitted and dispatch the order. No exchanges, refunds or returns will be granted for inferior print quality resulting from an unsuitable image supplied by the customer.
PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding shipping). During peak seasons — including Valentine's Day, Women's Month, Black Friday, and the Festive Season — processing times may be slightly extended due to high volumes. We will always communicate any delays with you directly.

DELIVERY We deliver nationwide via Pudo / Lockers (powered by The Courier Guy).
- Pudo Locker Collection — R89: Your parcel is delivered to your nearest Pudo locker. You'll receive an SMS with a PIN to collect at a time that suits you. Pudo lockers are located at petrol stations and shopping centres nationwide. Allow 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Pudo Door Delivery — R120: Delivered directly to your door, Monday–Friday during business hours. Allow 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Free delivery on all orders over R800.
Please note: Pudo parcels are uninsured. Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel has been dispatched. We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after payment — no shipping required.
TOTAL TURNAROUND TIME From order to delivery, allow approximately 5–10 business days under normal conditions (3–5 days processing + 2–5 days delivery).

How long does delivery take? All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, then dispatched via Pudo. Locker delivery takes 2–4 days after dispatch. Door delivery takes 3–5 days after dispatch.
What is Pudo? Pudo is a smart locker delivery service run by The Courier Guy. You collect your parcel from a locker near you using a PIN sent by SMS. There are over 1,500 lockers nationwide at petrol stations and shopping centres. It's safe, convenient, and you collect at any time that suits you.
Can I track my order? Yes — you'll receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver to all areas in South Africa? Yes, we deliver nationwide via Pudo.
