B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE - MULTIPLE BRANDS

The Next Chapter Studio is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a leading SMME in the custom gifting and home décor industry, we offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our diverse brand portfolio.

Our brands include The Next Chapter, Hey Casey, Sox & Jox, Tilevera, and Silly George Cushions, each catering to a distinct market segment. We are now expanding our reach into the B2B market and are looking for a talented individual to drive growth and build lasting relationships with our business partners.

Role Summary

In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients across our brands. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, building relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Present and promote our brands and products effectively
  • Implement effective sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and networking functions
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma, National Diploma and/or Degree (NQF level 5, 6, 7 or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience in an SMME environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and product lines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions

  • Travel within assigned areas may be required

Remuneration

Base salary with a commission structure.
