B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE - MULTIPLE BRANDS
The Next Chapter Studio is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a leading SMME in the custom gifting and home décor industry, we offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our diverse brand portfolio.

Our brands include The Next Chapter, Hey Casey, Sox & Jox, Tilevera, and Silly George Cushions, each catering to a distinct market segment. We are now expanding our reach into the B2B market and are looking for a talented individual to drive growth and build lasting relationships with our business partners.
Role Summary:
In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients across our brands. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, building relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and target potential B2B clients
● Develop and maintain strong client relationships
● Present and promote our brands and products effectively
● Implement effective sales strategies
● Conduct market research and analysis
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
● Meet and exceed sales targets
● Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
● Attend industry events and networking functions
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams
Qualifications and Experience:
● Diploma, National Diploma and/or Degree (NQF level 5, 6, 7 or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
● Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience in an SMME environment
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
● Strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Ability to manage multiple brands and product lines
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions:

Remuneration: Base salary with a commission structure.
