EXECUTIVE ELEVATION EXPERIENCE INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAMME
A COACHING PROGRAMME DESIGNED TO SUPPORT WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP WHO WANT TO ADVANCE THEIR EXECUTIVE AMBITIONS AND IMPACT.
This holistic programme combines coaching, strategy, networking, customised resources and responsive support that help women in leadership navigate personal and professional growth. The programme also supports organisations to advance women’s leadership, visibility and impact as a critical part of building inclusive leadership, organisations and society.
Shireen Motara is the CEO of Tara Transform, and a Certified Coach that is deeply passionate about the potential of Women and Africa, addressing inequality, and committed to social change that values and recognises women’s rights and contributions. Her conviction is that women should be able to claim their space anywhere, and everywhere. She uses her skills, knowledge, experience and networks to increase the visibility, voice and influence of women in the workplace and society. As a Certified Coach she and her coaching team support women to enhance self-awareness, self- compassion and focus on goals of personal growth, leadership and success.

ENNEAGRAM ASSESSMENT:
This personality tool provides a picture of how you interpret the world through the patterns of your personality. It not only makes you aware of your strengths and potential but also confronts you with the blind spots and patterns that keep you stuck. The assessment supports you as the clients to identify the areas of personal develeopment to focus on during the coaching journey.
OPTIONAL: HALF DAY STRATEGY INTENSIVE
Half day strategy session to get to know the client on a deeper level; give the client
some space for reflection; and to co-design the coaching goals and journey.
COACHING:
Coaching sessions twice a month, with follow up actions agreed.
CUSTOMISED RESOURCES:
Designing and providing customised resources like readings, training, and tools that respond to the identified client needs.
LEADERSHIP CONVERSATIONS:
Connecting the client to others that could add value to their leadership journey.
OPTIONAL: 911 SUPPORT:
Client has access to the Coach between coaching sessions to get support in addressing or responding to urgent leadership challenges or opportunities.
Duration: 6 Months
(includes 12 coaching sessions)
Cost: R65 000 / USD 3700 excluding Optional activities.
Cost: R75 000 / USD 4200 inclusive of all activities.
The coaching contract is signed with the coaching client and the coach (and sponsor where relevant). A minimum 20% deposit is required to confirm the client's space and commitment, with 6 monthly payments, paid in advance of sessions. Terms and conditions apply.
