What are the quality & packaging standards?
Products must be well-crafted, safe, and gift-ready. Include care info and follow SA labelling regulations.
How do payouts work?
We pay monthly by EFT within 10 working days after month-end (less the 15% commission and any agreed shipping deductions).
What about stock & lead times?
Keep stock levels accurate. If made-to-order, clearly state lead time on the product page.
What is your returns policy?
Defective or damaged items can be returned within 7 days. Customised items are non-refundable unless defective.
